All our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, holiday packages and service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Trip protection insurance is refundable within Ten days of purchase (if travel has not Ocurred) and you have called our office to cancel. All cancellations must be done via email only. We will accept refund requests only if the following conditions are met :
You have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules allow cancellation and refunds
You aren't a "no show" ( most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from providers for refund processing )
We may be able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this cancellation and refund
We are unable to provide a time line for your refund to be processed. All refund requests are processed in the order received. Once you have provided our customer service agents with your cancellation request, we will then send you an e-mail notification that your request has been received. This notification does not automatically qualify you for a refund. This only provides you with an acknowledgement of your request. Upon invoice of your request we will work with the suppliers' such as airlines, hotels, car-rental corporations to generate a waiver based on airline and other provider rules and we shall then inform you of the supplier call. Please take note that we depend on the providers for receiving the kickbacks. Once the refund has been accepted by the supplier it might take further time for this to appear on your ATM card statement. Generally, all providers will charge a penalty for refund. This whole process may take 90-180 business days from receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement, or a check from Air-Savings.com. Apart from the airlines and other providers refund penalties, Air-Savings.com will charge money for processing this refund starting from $100.00 $300.00. All refund fees are charged Per Ticket. These charges will only be considered if a reimbursement has been authorized by the provider or a waiver has been received and when the airline / provider rules permit such refunds. If such refund is rejected by the supplier, we will inform you. It is highly advisable to purchase trip insurance to avoid possible loss of your airfare/package/hotel booking/car rental etc.
