1. All Credit Cards must have a verifiable billing address located in the U.S, or Canada.
2. We currently do not accept third party credit cards. If you wish to pay for someone else, please call our reservations department at (888) 684-4800 between 9am – 9pm Mon – Fri to book over the phone.
3. Please use an email address that you check frequently. In the event that we are unable to get an approval code for the transaction, we will attempt to email you within 24 – 48 hours and if we are unable to contact you, then your booking will be cancelled, or you will be responsible for the new airfare, should the fare increase.
4. Air-Savings is not responsible if your airfare changes due to your card being declined by your issuing bank.
5. Some banks flag transactions based on their internal risk factors and airline tickets are frequently flagged as a high risk transaction, for which you have to contact them and have them remove the flag. You (Credit Card Holder) are responsible for the payment of the airline tickets, cruises, or vacation packages that you purchase via our credit card.
6. Air-Savings takes Credit Card Disputes very seriously. We wish to remind you that by making a purchase on www.Air-Savings.com, you are agreeing to our terms, and conditions, which include your agreement to not dispute any credit card charges for valid transactions on our website. In the event of a credit card dispute, we will hold you responsible for the payment of any unpaid charges, and use any/all means available under law to recover these charges including a fee for the time spent in the collection efforts.
7. We do not automatically issue tickets for every online booking we receive via the web because of the high level of credit card fraud. Once we receive a booking via the online portal, we perform detailed verification, which may include a call to the card holder, or the issuing bank. If the verification fails for any reason, we will send you an email to advise you. If you enter fraudulent information, such as a non-working phone number, or a fictitious credit card holder’s name, your booking will be cancelled immediately and your credit card will be reported as compromised to the issuing bank. Please don’t even think about using a compromised card on our website.
8. We reserve the right to decline any sale if we deem such sale to be high risk. We may ask you to provide an alternate form of payment, such as a direct deposit to our account, or a physical check, or money order via overnight mail to our office in Iselin, NJ.
9. In the event your credit/debit card is declined by the issuing bank, you will be notified immediately (within 48 hours) but your airfare is not guaranteed till the ticket/s is paid for. You will be responsible for any increase in airfare.
10. For some transactions, we will send you a credit card form to have your written authorization for the transaction, you must fill out the entire form, and fax it to (732) 377-8414 or send it via email to info (at) air-savings (dot) com. Supporting documents, such as a copy of the credit card, and a picture ID are mandatory.
